I was a little skeptical but I decided to give it a try. My first time there and the tacos where amazing! I had a hard time deciding what I wanted. Everything looked delicious. Definitely going back!

I could eat here everyday. Price is right food is great. You would never expect this gem to be hidden in a gas station. I'm glad I found it
Update: seems they have lost their touch. I've turned on a good 5-6 people from work to this place and they all agreed. Have to minus a star. Bring back the Al pastor old recipe please. Used to not be loaded with onions now it is. Steak tacos still on point though. -

Wow said another great gas station restaurant, enter to find 2 dozen folks lined up ordering or waiting for lunch. A assembly line of 6 worker's throwing down authentic Mexican food. Had 3 Al Pastor Taco topped with Cilantro n Onion along with a splash of Salsa Verde you know the green stuff outstanding at a buck fifty each and only a buck on Taco Tuesday. Also a Double Damn Steak Botona delicious. Going back for mucho more of the large menu. Has 2 small tables in Sunoco corner of Livernois and I -94 see reviews on Yelp and Google

After eating at this place it will seriously have you contemplating why you don't just exclusively eat out of gas stations. I've seen this at the local gas station for a while now and I was just waiting until I was brave enough to give it a shot that day happens to be this week. I walked into a clean gas station with clean fresh smelling food. There were self-serve slushie machines with Mexican drinks in, and a large counter where they were preparing Ceviche and salsa, and another counter that had almost a Subway style topping bar and a hot buffet table of already cooked meat. Behind them was a grill and assorted cooking instruments as well as large Vats of homemade Mexican breakfast favorites like oatmeal, champurrado or atole. They also had Mexican agua naturales like horchata and Jamaica along with a fresh juice squeezing machine. It was Taco Tuesday so I decided to try tacos because if you can do tacos right you're pretty okay with me.
I got three tacos of chicken steak and pork. They used thick locally-made corn tortillas and the taco meat was EXTREMELY flavorful and even tho it had been in a holding tray. It was fresh.
I enjoyed being able to add lettuce and tomatoes to my tacos as well even tho cilantro and cebolla are traditional.
Prices were good. Tacos Tuesday was $1 tacos. Tortas were around 5 bucks and burritos not too far off.
There's no place to sit down and eat. Just a grab and go spot.
I would go back and get just a burrito made of the asada or the pastor. Matter of fact I was so pleased that I will be going back for a lot of other things. -

Best tacos in town. The cilantro is fresh and the fresh meats are loaded with the delicious herb!! Will be back for lunch another day. What a pleasant surprise while getting my oil changed. You have to try the fresh juice and/or lemonade!!
